Refund policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the item is faulty or materially not as described. To request a refund, contact jsupply.au@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless faulty. Buyer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
